    A local Cedar Valley organization has decided to hire a search firm to try and find the best replacement for their exiting CEO (this organization does have a Board to report to). They were wondering if there were other members that have used a search firm to hire top executives and if they were happy with the results. Looking for general feedback, but also possible referrals.
