Membership

If you are an HR professional or educator in Northeast Iowa, we invite you to join us!

We look forward to your participation in an exciting Cedar Valley Society for Human Resource Management (CVSHRM) schedule, including opportunities in HR education and development, professional certification, community networking, and timely legislative updates. Our local chapter is proud to maintain an active membership which is concerned with current HR issues and professionalism in the workplace. In addition, we are fortunate to have among our membership several educators who specialize in the Human Resources field, to enlighten our membership with the latest developments and trends in Human Resources Management.

CVSHRM annual dues are $26.00 for national SHRM members and $36.00 for local-only members. In addition, our chapter includes an optional $1.00 check-off to allow members to contribute to the SHRM Foundation. While this is not mandatory, our leadership encourages all members to contribute to the goals of the SHRM Foundation. Local dues are paid on a calendar year basis.
